Are You Food Safety Ready?

International Food Information Council Foundation, http://www.foodinsight.org/

September is National Food Safety Month (http://www.foodsafetymonth.com/ ) and there are lots of resources to help remind and educate people young and old about the need for practicing food safety.

If you need some convincing, here are some helpful sites on the bad side of food safety: The Barfblog (http://barfblog.foodsafety.ksu.edu/barfblog ) points out what happens to good people with bad food.

And the even more popular Food Safety News (http://www.foodsafetynews.com/ ) which is a great resource on recalls and litigation around the issue of food safety.
