Sustainability and Beef, Where Is It Going?

Sustainability has many faces and a common understanding is hard to come by at times. This conference series brings people together to formulate a path forward.
2014 Global Roundtable for Sustainable Beef

Sustainability is something agriculture is working to understand, measure, and take action on. This is being done from a variety of angles and groups. The 2014 Global Roundtable for Sustainable Beef (GRSB), November 2 -5, 2014, São Paulo, Brazil, provides information on the types of sustainability efforts occurring in and around beef.

The sessions [agenda: English, Português] highlight ideas and approaches from farmers, trade associations, and retail companies. Of note are the conversations on sustainability measurement, ethics and values, and being transparent with consumers.
