SwineCast Conference season coincides with cold, blustery days in the swine industry. I remember it as a top travel time for Mom and Dad. They said there was less to do at home. I believe it relieved them of frozen pipe concerns.

SwineCast is back in Denver this week for the American Association of Swine Veterinarians meeting and the pre-AASV Boehringer Ingelheim symposium on Swine Health and Nutrition. This programing focused on feed costs comes at a good time. Some economists and production professionals are hearing justification for $4 corn, maybe going to $8 corn. These prices are mainly dependent on weather.
