Dr. Sebastian Heath focuses on how people in agriculture have made progress in understanding foreign animal disease outbreaks. Dr. Heath looks at agriculture's understanding on how the community evaluates and assesses foot and mouth disease outbreaks from an emergency management perspective. He then takes reflective position on the view of animal diseases breaks from a public opinion point of view. He believes the future of public opinion of animal agriculture should be shaped as supporting scientific progress.
