Update for June 29, 2009
In these tough economic times and low milk prices, the challenges we face in our industry are abundant. Some of the challenges we face are similar to those that generations before us have also faced. One battle that our grandfather’s didn’t have to fight was actively informing and educating the general consumers about the management practices of their industry.
Today we must do precisely that. And correct a lot of misinformation that is being pushed as the agenda of numerous animal rights groups. Today take a few moments to help strengthen the future of our industry by listening to DairyCast's conversation with a great industry advocate and learn about the economic ramifications of animal welfare reform policies.
