CropVillage™ latest in lineup of ag podcasts

Submitted by Raylee St. Onge on Fri, 03/21/2008 - 17:43.

INDIANAPOLIS — Get the latest news on corn, soybeans and other row crops when you want, where you want with CropVillage™ podcast, now available for listening and downloading at www.cropvillage.com.

Produced by Truffle Media Networks in partnership with Case IH, CropVillage™ is a twice weekly audio report that brings together experts to provide timely information and industry news. Podcasts include such topics as production management, disease control, industry trends, emerging research, and personnel management.

“CropVillage creates a new link between farmers and industry leaders,” said Julie Rudnick, Marketing Communications Manager of Case IH. “We’re really excited to be a part of this cutting edge format that offers growers information where they are at – in the office, on the tractor or anywhere in between.”

Along with the regular podcasts, the CropVillage™ Web site offers additional resources. Headliners provide news postings and links to the blogs of industry professionals. University Networks brings academic research and updates to the format, and Conference Connections presents audio and videotaped seminars and meetings from across the nation.

The CropVillage™ team can be found gathering quality information that producers want to know at national meetings throughout the year. To provide comments and ideas, or conferences you would like CropVillage™ to attend, email feedback@cropvillage.com or call 877-CROPVILLAGE (877-276-7845).

CropVillage™ is one of five agricultural podcasts produced by Truffle Media Networks. Other shows include BeefCast.com, DairyCast.com, PoultryCast.com, and SwineCast.com.
