First a quick note on on some media reports that might be of value to you:
  • Pew Internet & American Life Project: Technology & Media Use. As gadgets with digital audio capability proliferate, podcast downloading continues to increase. Currently, 19% of all internet users say they have downloaded a podcast so they could listen to it or view it later. This reports provided more about how people are using media (new/old).
  • Association for Downloadable Media Members Adopt Standards and Measurement Guidelines. These guides are being used to help educate buyers and sellers of advertising in new media spaces of the standards, metrics, and practices.
  • On Getting People to Talk Behind Your Back... This post is one of several that is part of a year long project about taking offline guerrilla marketing ideas / tactics and applying them to social media marketing.
