DairyCast Update for June 2, 2011, Country Of Origin Labeling?

The U.S. Country Of Origin Labeling Law is back in the news following a World Trade Organization finding that the regulations aren't accomplishing the original intent and are an impediment to international trade. A special presentation features the U.S. perspective and Canada's view of the legislation and recent finding.
We've found a handy, online calculator, the National Air Quality Site Assessment Tool, to help with evaluating the impact of air emissions from your operation. The World Trade Organization recently found the U.S. Country Of Origin Labeling law to not be fulfilling the stated objectives and impeding access to U.S. markets by its trading partners.
