PoultryCast Update for June 3, 2011, Poultry Industry Outlook?

Feed costs are key to industry profitability in coming months, according to Dr. Paul Aho, industry analyst and speaker at the recent Multi-State Poultry Feeding and Nutrition Conference in Indianapolis. 

Good news is that the conference seemed to mark a change in the mid-western weather pattern and initiated several days of warm, dry weather.  U.S. corn planting progress jumped significantly during the period and helps ensure sufficient supply.
